Play Equipment on Primary School Playing Field. A meeting is scheduled with PCC and Barnack Primary School to discuss the maintenance of the equipment.
Cricket club. Confirmed that BPC’s financial contribution was paid on 2nd April fulfilling their commitment to the cricket club.
Dog poo bins in Sissons Close. PCC will not empty these as the estate has not been adopted. Cllr. Swann informed the meeting that they are now being emptied.
Cllr. Payne queried the £16,300 granted to establish the Millstone shop which has since ceased trading to which the Millstone responded that it has lost £50,000 and was prepared to show anybody the figures.
The Highway Inspection Team Manager & Public Rights of Way Officer discussed the proposed new footpaths and Public Rights of Way in/around the village with a view to having these reinstated.

Planning

The Neighbourhood Plan questionnaire which was circulated previously shows there is an increase in support. Cllr. Palmer will speak with PCC regarding steps moving forward.
The following planning applications were considered without objection
24/00179/ HFUL – 10 Whitman Close; 4/00286/ HFUL – 23 Orchard Road;
4/00296/ HFUL – 10 Orchard Close; 24/00303/ HFUL – 6 Kingsley Close;
4/00321/CTR – Pilsgate House.
Objections were sent to the local planning authority in respect of 24/00366/HHFUL – 12 Bainton Road;
4/00434/FUL – The Dingle, Stamford Road, Pilsgate.

Highways & Road Safety

Clearance of dead vegetation will proceed to restore the full width of the footpath between Barnack and Pilsgate
Quotesare being obtained for Vehicular Activated Signage from various suppliers for potential replacements of existing.
Dropped kerbs are being considered around the village for disability access.
