Weddings
We can celebrate your life events with you at all of our churches. For a wedding there are normally requirements to be associated with the church, and we can guide you through that. You can also renew your vows.
If you live or lived in Ufford or Southorpe, you will normally have the right to be married at St John’s Barnack. But if you do have a strong link with St Andrew’s Ufford, we can assist with the arrangements to be married there – though you will have some more work to do.
Celebrating your wedding in a church is a special thing, as you ask God to bless your relationship in the years ahead.

Please note we cannot offer a wedding for same-sex couples currently – but please contact the Rector to discuss the possibility of prayers to be offered for your relationship.
Blessings and Baptisms (Christenings)
We can baptise your child – or if as an adult you have not been baptised, you can also be baptised.
If you have been baptised, but wish to renew your baptismal vows, please contact us.
Or if you want to give thanks for a child, but not have the child christened, we can arrange for a blessing.
