Report for Barnack Parish Council

The meeting held on Monday 4 July 2011 in the Wilfrid Wood Hall was attended by Mrs J Woollard (Chairman), Mr E Barker, Mrs S Berrill, Mr H Brassey, Dr I Burrows, Mrs D Dolby, Mrs R McCallum (Parish Clerk), Cllr D Over, PC N McCallum, and 1 member of the public. The quote for the surface around the village information still has not yet been received. The Highways officer has quoted £162.03 for lowering the kerbs on to the pavement and is still to inform the council regarding services, if any, beneath this area. As the brambles have still not been cut on the Walcot Road a stronger request will be made. Caroline Hall has replied concerning the tree planted in the wrong position in Orchard Road and has promised to take action.
